vintage y2k black halter midi dress

vintage black halter midi dress with vaguely asian-inspired print all throughout: red swooshes and little strokes of white that looks like deconstructed chinese characters. ties in the back of the neck. seam under bust. pull-on style. probably hits around the knee for most people. purchased circa 2003, making it legit #y2k style. brand is IN San Francisco. stretches a little. fabric tag seems to have been removed but feels like polyester. tag says size M. Length 40" can stretch to fit a 36-38" chest comfortably hip would fit up to 40" machine wash cold. great vintage condition, was barely worn and just stayed in a closet for 20 years. I don't see any flaws, pilling, snags, stains, etc. would look sick with some fishnets and platform shoes! from a smoke free home with a kitty. I lint-roll and wash everything before shipping.
