not sure of a more precise date for this older celine piece. it's a longer mini skirt, approaching knee if you're on the shorter side. white, 100% viscose, and made in france. fully lined and generally in great condition, only flaw being a small rip in the back lining (see pics). tag size FR38, i think from the measurements it would fit a US size 2-4. shown on me w24 with pins measurements lying flat (inches): waist 13 length 18
