No other cosmetic flaws. Only displayed for a few months and then carefully stored and packed away in a climate controlled closet in my home since 1996. Tag info is in unknown (Japanese). Rare item. I was an avid collector of Sailor Moon items in 1995-1998. Never found another like this. mask has an elastic string across the back to keep in place while wearing. child size small
