vintage pajama romper loungewear nylon size M/L

This is so cute. Portions of the label missing so I don’t know the brand. Silky nylon fabric with ivory lace. Has a 70s look. In very good vintage condition with one exception. There are pale pink areas on the fabric, predominantly on the legs (see last photo). Almost gives it a streaked tie dye look there but likely not meant to be that way. I don’t think it detracts much. Button front. Elbow length sleeves with lace trim. Labeled size large. Measures more like a medium. Approximate measurements are: 22” across at underarm 21” at hips Leg inseam 23” Overall length (shoulder to hem) 51”
