This vintage cotton top would be super cute with red skort or shorts. I do have a raggedy Ann skort in my closet if you wanna bundle! Size tag reads 18 months but I would guess 12-18 to be safe and since vintage normally runs small. It is in great condition, no rips or picks. Beautiful blue red and yellow floral top with bow and flower detail.
