@ellerap hi! I don’t know the year, as I purchased it from someone on here. The condition is good, there’s a little darker scuff on the band right below lower left side of face as shown in photos. It’s definitely decades old vintage wise, I’d guess, so it does show that in the wear (see photos) but good condition and very cute and charming
