vintage green frog brooch with rhinestone flower and eyes (1960s?)

This funky vintage green frog brooch belonged to a friend of my grandmother's who had a fantastic midcentury costume jewelry collection (she was a former model.) Clearly this frog is on a mission to deliver that sparkling little flower -- it would make a perfect gift! I've never seen another brooch like this! I'd guess this piece was from the late 1950s - early 1960s based on the rest of her collection, but I cannot be sure. (If you know more about it, please leave me a comment or send a message!) The green (enamel, I believe?) shows some wear, as pictured. All rhinestones appear intact; the white rhinestone in the flower that's closest to the frog's foot is set more deeply. There is no maker's mark. Brooch is 1 inch high by slightly over 1 inches wide; pin back does not have a clasp.
