Gorgeous double strand faux pearl necklace with a glass cameo. The cameo features a courting couple. Heavy glass pearls in pristine condition. The strands are approximately 23” in length with a double box tab insert clasp on the back of the cameo. I believe at one point in time this was an interchangeable cameo and may be from the brand Pannetta, but I only have the one cameo.
