true vintage wrap dress. buttons once on the inside, and ties on the side. ruffled collar and sleeve. beautiful dusky blue with peachy flowers. good vintage condition, bought it with 2 small holes, which i have since sewn up to fix. the button on the inside at the waist would make this dress fit a 24-26 best. model is 5”2 and a 25 for ref.
