Zip and button back closure.Decade likely 80s . Would best fit a S-M, but please see the measurements. brand is Ms. Chaus, material is rayon, and tag size is a 12. Light pilling please see the photos. Has shoulder pads that can be easily cut out. Freshly laundered.
