vintage empire waist sweater dress

purchased from a vintage store in chicago size not listed - would fit size 0-4 super flattering - can be tied with the attached strings around the waist in a pattern i am 5’1 and it hits mid thigh ruched detail at wrists would look cute styled with stockings and knee high boots!
