Floral and stripe pattern. Belted. It has hook and latch closure at the front center. It looks like it was added after the fact, as you can see a darker square outline on the other side. See photos. Looks to have been hemmed. Mentionable imperfections: tiny holes halfway down on the back. Not super noticeable or big, but, present. Approx 10.
