vintage blue embroidered pants

vintage light blue pants purchased from a thrift store in France. they appear to be handmade & have no tags anywhere. never wore them bc theyre too big for me beautifully embroidered & trimmed with duch sweet detailing. flaw: stitching at crotch is coming undone a bit, looks like an easy fix! approx measurements: waist lying flat (stretched all the way)~ 20in rise~ 14in inseam~ 26in length from hip to ankle~ 36in ankle opening~ 9in need specific photos/measurements? let me know!!
