vintage blue and white floral dress handmade m/l

Vintage blue and white floral dress handmade. Guessing size medium to large. Laying flat the dress armpit to armpit is 23", shoulder to waist is 18", waist to bottom hem is 26" and waist is 16" with elastic gathering waist band. Beautiful dress. There is no stains or defects. See photos for the inside lying is a mesh type fabric. It is light weight material and I believe it's polyester.
