vintage Wearever aluminum coffee pot, model number 3044

This vintage Wearever aluminum coffee pot, model number 3044, is so charming for any vintage kitchen display. With bakelite handles and we believe Bakelite top knob, it has a retro style that is eye catching. The markings on the bottom are interesting. It seems to indicate that this was an earlier version of the 3044. It mentions being a subsidiary of Alcoa. However, later versions of it did not mention that line. See photos. It was made for making 2-4 cups of coffee, using ground coffee. I don't think anybody is still using this for coffee, but it would make an awesome vintage display or for in a coffee shop or coffee area. This original, licensed reproduction is made in the United States and comes with the 4 parts shown. The color is silver and the material is aluminum. It is a perfect collectible item for coffee makers and small appliances enthusiasts From the depression to WW2 era. We also have another model that is larger that I think is an 8 cup. I used them in a antique store that we owned in the coffee display area.
