{vintage} Red & Black striped ruffled blouse

Circa 1980s. Very circus, carnival, avant garde blouse with ruffles down button front & juliet sleeves. No stretch. Original buttons. Note that sleeves tighten after elbows. Slight discoloration throughout where black has bled onto red. 100% acetate. Bust- 19" flat. Waist- 17.5" flat. Length- 22". Shoulder to cuff- 23". Arm cuff width- 5" tapers down to 4". (this would be the circumference of your arm below the elbow). *size tagged based of measurements*
