vintage Mexican Hand Painted Talavera lipped trinket box with white tulips there is small chip under the top. I am enclosing the small piece that fell off. Box is 4 1/2 square. Beautiful colors. Non smoker and no pets. Mailed thru the USPS the small chip. Can be restored easily
