vintage GRAY MIDI SKIRT with pockets M (G2)

Vintage (probably 80's era) midi skirt. Midweight wool or wool-blend weave, fully lined. Dark charcoal gray. Pull-on, with elasticized waist. Side slash pockets, small belt loops around the waist. Overall excellent condition, I just happened to notice there are some skipped stitches INside the waist where the belt loops attach (last pic). Doesn't show on the outside. Too big for me as a S, the waist is 26" before stretch, but it still felt loose on me even though that's technically my measurement. It's a better fit if the waist has to stretch a bit. Goes to 39" to pull on. 48" hip, 26.5" long. Lace top seen in the pictures is listed separately.
