Beautiful black velour dress. Vintage French fashion. I wished it fit me! Wonderful condition given its age. I’ve been storing it for years after finding it in a vintage shop in Canada. but time to part with it. Label says: Noelle France 11 Rue Vignon Paris for the Ensemble Shop with Eatons Canada. The zipper is smooth and works well. Lining intact. Only sign of age is the few whiskers on the collar that need to be snipped off. Label size size 12 but this is vintage so I guessed a size 4. Please see the measurements in the photos!
