[vintage] Black Velvet Short Sleeve Mini Dress

Gorgeous vintage late 80s early 90s black velvet dress by J.R Nites! The top and sleeves are made of a sheer fabric with some sparkle to it. Zipper up back and button at the top of the neck leaves a key hole opening . Perfect little black party dress! No size or care tags but fits like a S Approx Measurements: Bust- 16.5in Waist- 14in Length- 32in Flare- 22in The dress is in amazing vintage condition. Very small hole/ snag on back, notes in photos, though not noticeable in person.
