This tiered mint condition skirt has panels of graphic batik dyed fabric- aqua blue / turquoise/ black/ purple. The top of waist band small rust marks from metal hanger from hanging for 28 years- Not noticeable while wearing as shown. 37 inches long up to 38 inch waist up to 44 hips.
