vintage 90s Fish and ocean theme bright colored stripe sweater

This neat sweater has bright colors and it is a medium weight knit. Material is 55% Ramie and 45% Cotton. Hand washable. Tagged a size medium. Seems a little big for a medium. It fits nice and loose. Front has fish, a sailboat, a star, the sun, and what looks like waves with wind at the very bottom. No shapes on the back but the pretty stripe design continues. It is in nice condition. I do not see any issues. There is about 2.5" stretch to the knit. Measurements while sweater laying flat -Across chest 23" -Across hem 22" -Length from top of shoulder to hem 28" -Sleeve length from top of shoulder seam to end of cuff 23"
