blouse & skirt effect, it’s one piece thought! surprise! beautiful bouquets decorating the light black cotton of the ‘blouse’, the waist cinches & ties at each side. the skirt is a black poly. amazing vintage dress in amazing condition. i believe the sleeve cuffs had elastic but that it has since degraded leaving the sleeves more billowy belly. union made 🇺🇸 a7
