vintage 60s 70s sleeveless blue A-line dress white stripe size xxs

unique vintage A-line dress with cool white stitching, bow at neck, and metal zip up back - c. 1964-1973 based on tag: ILGWU (International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union) - Dress is overall in good condition with some wear consistent with with its age, including some small holes at back shoulders (all of which appear to have been discreetly stabilized on the interior with blue thread), some loose stitching at shoulder, and missing small catch part of metal enclosure at neck.
