vintage 1990’s Carriage Court silver metallic skirt L

Preowned and vintage but in very good condition. Size large measures approximately 15 1/2 inches across the waistband when laying flat. The waist is elastic all the way around. The skirt is just about 21 inches long. Date on the inside tag says September, 1992! 100% polyester.
