vintage 1980's BRIGHT RAYON BLOUSE S M

Bright and fun 1980's blouse! Kind of t-shirt shaped, with cap sleeves and a button closure at the back of the neck. I love the gathered details on the tops of the shoulders! 100% rayon. Tagged as a 10, but runs a bit small by today's standards (model is a S)... Technically measures 21" PTP, but it's not meant to be worn 'filled out', it's meant to be loose. Straight across the hem is 20.5". It's 24" long. Excellent condition!
