vintage 1960's 60's LILAC SKIRT SET s

What a beautiful color! Lilac purple, presents more 'periwinkle' in some lights. Mid-century era matching separates, a 3/4 sleeve jacket and a full skirt. Light weight and breathable, possibly rayon. Machine washable and with great movement. I think the skirt was pleated originally, I see the ghosts of pleats-past in the fabric, but it is now smooth. The skirt has a zip and button closure that can be worn on the side or in back. The jacket has cropped sleeves, and large front button closure. I got many pieces from this gal, she was apparently quite tall, so she had all of the skirts let out to the max length. This has been lengthened professionally to max hem. Also, she must not have liked the 50's/60's "boxy" cut tops and jackets, she had all of the tops and jackets taken in to be more fitted/tapered. This has been taken in about 2" on each side seam of the jacket, but the original seams were left intact (last picture), so you could easily let this back out if you need additional bust/sleeve room. Currently fits approximately US size 6 or curvy 4, please compare the measurements below with pieces you have at home that fit well. Excellent condition, clean and ready to go!
