vintage 1940s/1950s wool costume jacket from a hollywood theater/film production

this piece is INSANE. it's an old theater or film costume for the actor frank radcliffe who worked in the industry between 1943-1977. i can't identify which production this is from but there was definitely time and work invested into it. it's beautifully crafted, thick, and super warm. although it was made for a man, it's def unisex & i'm a lady so i put it under women's jackets ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ the zipper goes up the back but the few times i've worn it, i've flipped it around like a bomber jacket. 'twas a whole vibe. it's such a statement piece and i'm so hesitant to part with it, but i'm moving back to california soon and won't have much need for something this weighty. pit to pit: 20.5” length: 19.5” length including tassel/flap thingies: 23” it's in great shape but the lining could definitely do with some repairs, especially around the armhole on the left side. there is some staining in keeping with its age which could probably be taken care of by someone who has experience with older garments, and a seam on the "front" (non-zipper side) has come undone. please feel free to request more pictures/information and i'll provide what i can! :) final note: i live with cats and am always careful to thoroughly lint roll/wipe down items before shipping, but use discretion if you have severe allergies!
