vintage 1930s broach scarf holder Natty creations

Beautiful brooch and scarf holder. It is brass with large blue glass stones with brass leaves covering stones..natty creations from the 1930s. Three inches long & half inch wide.. Great wonderful collector piece. There is one leaf missing & I suspect there were tiny stones surrounding the larger stones but they went missing before I acquired it. The larger stones are prong set. The part with stones has hinges on the sides.
