urban outfitters/staring at stars crop top

staring at stars crop top. sooooo pretty!! the tag that says "staring at stars" is torn and there is also a small tear where one of the straps meets the top....you can see it in the picture. it doesn't necessarily need mending, but if you did want to fix it it would be easily sewn back together. i've dropped the price significantly to compensate for this. feel free to offer whatever you think is fair.💖
