twelfth street by cynthia vincent multi clrd dress

very pretty design on this halter silk blend dress. has a draw string waist band & hits right above the knees. had a tiny stain up by the chest on the right side & one tiny area by the waist where some stitching is lose but neither is hardly noticeable (see photos) other than that is a great dress with lots of wear left :) measurements lying flat L 36’ bust 16’ waist 14.5 un tied
