tie dye rainbow mini skater dress

NWOT. This super soft dress has never been worn! I bought it for a work dress up day but it was too short on for work (I’m 5’11”) and I took the tags off thinking I’d still wear it some other time but I never have. See second pic for measurements. I’m happy to bundle to save on shipping costs. It isn’t sheer, but if you wear a dark or black bra, you can see it, so it needs flesh colored undergarments. It is more pastel in person compared to the website photo. No known imperfections or defects.
