The skirt portion of the dress has a bubble hem with tucks throughout the skirt giving it a flirty feel. There is a satin ribbon that can be used for a belt/tie in the front or back or left off entirely as in the photos. This is a little more dressy with a bit of a shiny look. It is a juniors size 3.
