elle720 @fancyfarmgirl I measured the waist band right below the bust, and it is about 13" across, measured laying flat. I added a photo so you can see where I measured. The length is about 57" measured from the knot where the dress fabric meets the metal beads on the halter ties to the bottom of the dress. I hope this helps!
