sz 3 glitter size trim frayed waist jeans

I've worn these maybe twice.they have a frayed waist and pretty silver glitter trim going up the sides.zip fly with hook closure.they are a size 3.The waist is 14 inches across laying flat buttoned up. 31 inch insteam.
