mrstimmarie @ajarome it does if you want it to fit like the model is wearing it. I personally, like a snugger for and sized down.

mrstimmarie @daanko hi! Arm pit to arm pit on the XL is 21 inches. The large is 19. The fabric does have some stretch to it. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
