stunning vintage italian jacket w/ cool buttons

Italian jacket Unique, I have yet to see a piece like this with such attention to detail, color and texture Designed with utmost details in mind(the triple collar, the mother of pearl esque buttons, the pocket placements, the color, fabric, etc) listing as M though size says 38 great vintage condition- no stains, tears, etc. Light piling is on interior button enclosures as noted in photos and may be in other interior areas; it is a vintage piece I believe from the 60s, maybe earlier.
