striped mini dress

purchased from Francesca’s, size M, lined and has built in cups, more durable/stiffer fabric for structure but still comfortable, white and blue striped mini dress with a wide skirt, zipper with clasp, adjustable spaghetti strap. Can be dressed down with jean jacket or up with high heels. The dress was quite expensive but I just never wore it.
