@caraeve hey, sorry i'm not home right now. yes the rust is from a hanger (ugh still mad about this). i didn't try on the dress after the damage happened but i'm pretty sure it's toward the armpit (but not under it) on one side and on the other sort of above your boob. i am very willing to negotiate on this price if you think you can save it!
