stem high low skirt (NWOT)

stem (purchased at Nordstrom’s a while back) - Black, flowy high-low skirt. Thin and breezy. Perfect casual skirt that’s flattering and extremely comfy. Never worn (not my style). Size XS. I’d say 0-4. Elastic waist band. Easy to pack and hardly wrinkles
