sparkling blue and cream high-low dress

This dress is comprised of graduated layers of soft sparkling tulle. The bodice is ruched, completing the layered composition. It is in like new condition, worn one time. Back hangs at 44". Front at 23". Waist 22" The look is finished with a blue satin ribbon which ties in the front or back.
