925 sterling silver ring with one large topaz stone in the center, and two very tiny stones on either side. i’m charging based on similar style engagement rings online I measured with a sewing tape, it came out to 57 millimeters. conversion charts say it’s a us size 8 if you’re unsure measure finger for size. comes with original box
