I used this constantly it has a timer so u can adjust (1 min for every year old the child is) press start and the red light will turn on it pauses time and sounds an alarm if the child gets up when only one min remains the light turns yellow and when time is up it turns green and plays a tune it is childproof so they cannot turn it off while sitting in time out it is weight sensitive VERY cool!
