🚫sold🚫 short sleeve draped neck line blouse

Excellent condition worn maybe twice comfy shirt and stretchy red Bebe shirt. 97% rayon 3% spandex. I just don't wear it enough. Color is red pretty true to the photo. Runs more of a small-medium in my opinion.
