Brand new without tags. Never worn. I bought this mostly just because I liked it, but never wore it. This does have the option to add straps, however I did not purchase it with additional straps. Has a 3 hook closure for wider band, and maximum support in staying up. The lace on the side is see though, for an added sexy look. And the cups are a push up. Looks beautiful on.
