lizharr hey @nami001 i had a question! i had an issue with a buyer where she accepted the package & then 6 days later, she left me one star & when i inquired about it, she said it was because she "didn't get the item" which if that's the case, she shouldn't have accepted it & should have gotten help from posh or usps, since it shows delivered ..cont...

lizharr then when I explained to her that it wasn't my fault & tried to find a solution, she took it a step further & found a way to bypass the showing of bad ratings. so she gave me 5 stars, so it shows up, and wrote that she didn't receive it. so everyone can see ..cont..

lizharr i am sure she is lying, only because she has been a seller on here since 2015. she knows how this works & she knows to open a case if there is a true issue. I have a feeling the item didn't fit & since I wouldn't release her money, she is now trying to bully me... I have only been on here 4 weeks now. I have no clue what to do from here.

nami001 @lizharr Oh wow, I'm sorry this happened to you PFF. How rude of her to do this. Item shows as delivered right & she accepted the package. Take a screen shot of the feedback & also of your convo with her saying she didn't receive it (despite records showing she did) and send it to Posh. Tell them you want the feedback removed. When they remove it. the rating will be removed as well..cont

nami001 Is she trying to get a refund? At this point, you should probably block her so she can't comment or buy any of your items. If she's harassing you for a refund, report her to Posh. She also has non-compliant items which you should report. When you make a sale, you should comment to the buyer when you've sent the item. This way when people look at your feedback, they'll see that you communicated with your buyer that it's been sent. Where did she tell you that you she didn't receive it?

nami001 @lizharr Report to Posh and keep bugging them till it is removed. The only upside to this is she gave you a 5 star rating which helps your stats. The 1 star would bring your stats down. I'm so sorry this happened to you. She should know better than to write a passive aggressive rating. Report to Posh and keep bugging them about it....cont

lizharr @nami001 ok! i will send them an email with all of the screenshots and I also have photos of the item next to her shipping label & you can see it's all perfect. She commented all over the place! One conversation took place on one of her items where she claimed she didn't get it even though she had accepted it almost a week prior. And then she commented on one of my posts like this, that just said sold as well, so I deleted it so people couldn't see her claims. cont..

lizharr @nami001 But I did screenshot the convo & yes she said she didn't get it and wanted a release of funds. I didn't do it & that's when she changed the rating making her comment about not getting it visible. Pretty sneaky...

nami001 @lizharr Posh will probably tell you they don't have control over how your rated but point out that it's passive aggressive and she's claiming she didn't receive it when in fact tracking shows she did plus she accepted the package. Sorry this happened to you. Hang in there and write to Posh. Big hugs xoxo

nami001 @lizharr She knows better, she could've opened up a case with Posh but tracking showed she received it plus she accepted it. If she didn't accept it then that would be different. Shady. For the future, keep your comments on the sold listings, even if she comments on one of her listings bring it over to your sold listing. This way when people click on the feedback & item they can see what transpired...

nami001 @lizharr She knows she should go through Posh and not through you for a refund plus the key her is she accepted it. Her feedback will just make others block her. That's why you commenting on the listing is essential. For now, comment to her that it was delivered and she accepted the package

nami001 @lizharr Make this comment on the sold item. This way people will see what transpired. Say something like, it was delivered to you on (date) and you accepted the package on (date). Tell her it's been 6 days since you've accepted the package, if you're claiming you didn't receive the item, then I'll ask the PO to do an investigation but according to records it was delivered. You might even want to include the tracking number in your comment and say it shows delivery

nami001 @lizharr I'm pretty sure making a false claim is against USPS policy. She's making a fraudulent claim. Also tell her Posh has insurance policy in place for packages that are lost. This happened to me once. A buyer bought an item and accepted it when it was delivered & rated me. A couple of months later, she contacted me saying she never received it. Said since she's a seller and was out of town she saw it was delivered and released my funds..

nami001 @lizharr Long story short, I was skeptical but checked the tracking and it had been sitting at her post office for weeks. After that they were suppose to send it back to me but I never got it. I put a trace on it and in the mean time, Posh refunded her and let me keep the funds because I had sent it. Anyway, your buyer has no case. Report her and keep reporting until Posh takes away the feedback xoxo

lizharr @nami001 Thank you so so much. I am going to email posh right now. I have been so stressed, I appreciate you always being so willing to help! I will send all the photos & convos & the usps delivery confirmation. Who knew having fun selling clothes brought out so many crazies?! I am always especially shocked when a fellow seller turns out to be that way! But again, thank you! I feel better just having talked to you! xoxo

nami001 @lizharr You're so welcome xoxo, Some sellers have no clue, she's actually hurting herself. Any seller who sees that feedback will block her. This is why I encourage you to always communicate on the listing that has sold. This gives other sellers a heads up on who to block lol. Hang in there and do not let this experience take away from what Posh really is all about. She's probably jealous cuz your closet is so stinking cute BIG HUGS xoxo
