mgan @madisonsaid when it's not stretched it's around 32 to 33 cms. The max it can go i believe is a lil over 35. The plastic straps around it are not as flexible as the pastel dress. I range from a 32c to a 34 c and this fits me just right. Since the backside is open it seems like it can fit anyone and still hang if that makes sense? so whether you are big chested or smaller the harness makes sure to form fit. Hope that helps! Never really measured before, but i tried! XD

madisonsaid @mgan gotcha. That gives me an idea about fit. My ribs and shoulders are narrow and my bust is around 32b. So it's around 32 cm rather than 32 inches?

mgan @madisonsaid yes please! since you are a lil bit smaller than me it should be perfect. I'm 5'5 around 130 and it fits me a lil snug. I am broad chested though and have a long waist. i had meant it stretches between 31-34 *can stretch moreI would say the back scrunches up and the harness actually tightens and fits everything. I'm pretty confident it will fit you. Either way :D we can go through poshmark or email.
