size 29 light wash jean skirt

really cute forever 21 new with tags jean skirt! size 29 US. it’s light wash and has really rips with some cute fringing at the end of the skirt! love this skirt so much but it sadly does not fit and I never got a chance to where it! feel free to make offers or comment questions!
