short green cocktail or prom dress

Short emerald green cocktail/prom dress with black lace overlay and empire waist tie-back; spaghetti straps. Material is polyester. In good condition with no noticeable defects. Size 10, but bra strap region fits like a 34 (and I needed a 36), so reposhing.
