shires Xf brow band

This is a new Shires brow band i took of the tag thinking it would fit but it it was to big it is brand new and not used ever its a very attractive blue diamond brow band that is black. it can be oiled before sold but its not dirty and is still spotless and does not even have a mark or any scratches.
